1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the KPM application, available at jeregardeetjejoue.com. By accessing the application, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Access to the service
Access to the application is reserved for adults or minors with parental consent. A personal account is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to use the application lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, not to distribute unlawful content, and to respect intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
4. Access restrictions
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deactivated.
5. Limitation of liability
The application is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions, content errors or indirect damages resulting from use of the application. No guarantee of results is provided.
6. Service modifications
The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes where possible.
7. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
