Data is used to: manage your account and authentication, personalize your learning experience, track your musical progress, improve application features, and ensure service security.
3. Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and up to 12 months after termination. Progress data is anonymized after this period. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
4. Third-party services
The application uses Base44 for hosting and authentication, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. No personal data is sold to third parties.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in the Legal Notice. All requests will be processed within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Connections are secured using the HTTPS/TLS protocol.
